What we collect

Account data: your name, work email, agency name and a hashed password. We never store passwords in readable form.

Workspace data: the records you and your team put into client workspaces — contacts, conversations, appointments, forms, invoices and similar. This data is yours; we hold it to run the service.

Operational data: sign-in timestamps, audit log entries, and technical logs needed to keep the platform working and secure.

What we do with it

We use this data to provide the platform, keep it secure, support you, and improve it. We do not sell personal data, we do not use your workspace records for advertising, and we do not train AI models on them.

Who else touches it

The platform runs on infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon). When you connect optional providers, the relevant data flows to them too: email delivery (Resend), messaging and calls (Twilio), payments (Stripe), and — only when an AI key is connected — the model provider named in your console (Anthropic or OpenRouter). In sandbox mode no external provider is contacted.

Cookies

One signed session cookie keeps you logged in. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies on the platform.

Retention and your rights

Workspace data stays until you delete it or close your account; a complete export is available from every workspace's settings at any time. When an account is closed we delete its data within a reasonable period, except what the law requires us to keep.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by writing to the address below. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (such as the GDPR), those rights apply and we honour them.

Your clients' customers

Most personal data in Marque belongs to the customers of the businesses using it. For that data the agency (and its client business) is the controller and we act as a processor on their instructions. If you are such a customer and want data corrected or removed, the business you dealt with is the right first contact — and we help them do it.
